• Phones: Available from local phone company, EMBARQ
• Sewer: Must use airtight connection
• Pets: Are welcome, however, they must be on a leash
• Owners: Responsible for immediate clean-up behind pets

for fire, theft, accidents to persons or property or acts of nature.
Management reserves the right to approve or reject any unit due to size,
type or appearance.
